Our web-based software, ReqDirect,
is the key component of our In-House Support Program.
Once you have established your account, you can log onto our website to
track all subpoena requests. The user-friendly
interface of the software permits you to enter the contents of a subpoena
in less than a minute. This allows you to follow the
subpoena through the stages of compliance, facilitate status updates,
and e-mail adjusters that are not complying with the subpoena request
in a timely manner. When records are produced, an invoice is generated
that bills for time and pages in accordance with the California Evidence
Code, recovering costs associated with this process.
